Tuition & Fees

The total cost of the MA degree program depends upon a variety of factors, including the length of time the student requires to complete the program, whether the student requires room and board during the summer semester, the student’s summative project choice, and the delivery method of courses. The total cost of the degree program may range from between $16,000 to $26,000.

Books

Students are responsible for acquiring the required books for each course. Books cost approximately $125 per course, but the exact amount varies from course to course. Books may be purchased directly from the Ashland University Bookstore, or students may purchase them from the vendor of their choice. Titles, authors, and edition information will be provided in the syllabus for each course.

Refund Policy
Fees in general are non-refundable. Tuition is refundable if written notice of withdrawal is received prior to the start of a course. Tuition is non-refundable in the instance of an unofficial withdrawal. Students who make official withdrawals or reduce their course loads after the start of a course should consult the Ashland University Business Office for the schedule of refunds. It is the responsibility of the student to promptly notify the program office of their intent to withdraw.
