One-Day Seminar: Executive Power and the Presidency, hosted by the Missouri Humanities Council (Kansas City, MO)
February 12 @ 8:00 am - 2:30 pm
Study the evolution of the power and authority of the President and executive branch, and the nature and limits of executive power in the American system of government. All TAH.org programs are conducted as seminars, with one of our faculty acting as Discussion Leader, and all participants provided an equal say in the discussion. Neither a lesson, lecture, nor presentation, this is an opportunity to meet with a diverse group of American History and American Government teachers to discuss some of the most essential elements of the American style of government, both conceptually and through historical case studies.
Access digital copies of the agenda and reader here after 1 JAN 2020.
