April 6, 2019 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Learn about some of the most important Supreme Court cases from throughout American history: how they came to be, how they were decided, and how they impacted their times and America since they were decided. This seminar will be relevant to any teachers of American History, Government, or Civics courses, especially at the high school and middle school levels. While many Supreme Court cases have shaped American policies and history, this seminar explores cases that focus on the Constitution and Federalism, the Constitution and the Commerce Clause and Civil Rights Cases.
