One-Day Seminar: Lincoln and the Problems of Reconstruction, hosted by the Missouri Humanities Council (Kansas City, MO)

May 13 @ 8:00 am - 2:30 pm

Study the problems that faced Abraham Lincoln regarding a reconstructed Union before, during, and after the Civil War, and how he conceptualized different possibilities for a slavery-free America. Teachers will be provided with a digital and physical copy of the reader, a certificate for continuing education hours, and lunch at this free program.
