One-Day Seminar: Benjamin Franklin – Defining American Character hosted by the Ashbrook Center (Ashland, OH)

This seminar will focus on how Franklin’s personal example reveals something of the character Americans were expected to have as individuals, and, in the process, how his example helped to define the character of America, to both Americans and Europeans.
