Containment to Vietnam
The United States policy of Containment was to block the expansion of Soviet Union influence. George Kennan believed it “must be a long term, patient but firm and vigilant containment of Russian expansive tendencies.” This seminar will explore that policy and the administrations of Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, and Johnson that used it.
All attendees of this free professional development will receive a letter of attendance as well as paper and digital copies of the reader.
