Presidents and Political Parties

Learn about how the relationship between American presidents and their parties has shifted over time. We will examine three different periods in United States history, focusing on what each can tell us about the role of political parties in a free society, and the relationship between presidents and parties.

This Seminar will consist of three discussion sessions based entirely in primary documents, facilitated by a university scholar.

Registration is limited and a waitlist will be created if we reach capacity.
