The Language of America's Civil Religion

The Language of America's Civil Religion

To what extent have American political leaders relied on the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution as “sacred scriptures” to define and promote their vision of the common good?  Join us as we discuss the ways in which political rhetoric has bolstered American civil religion.

TAH webinars run throughout the school year on select Saturday mornings.  Programs last around 75 min. Background readings are available to registrants several months in advance. For professional development purposes, attendees will receive acknowledgement of their digital presence.
